Not only do we offer a massive range of products at fantastic prices, but also what we do to your product before you take delivery. Here is what happens after you purchase your RV product from Watsons Leisure Centre.

After your purchase of a new caravan or motorhome

Once you’ve purchased your new RV product, it goes over to our service department to have any styles retro-fitted, get the pre-delivery process done and a thorough de-towel and clean.

Once the pre-delivery on your RV is complete, it comes back over to the sales side in preparation for your hand over experience. We have a dedicated delivery team that spends about two to four hours running you through the ins and outs of your caravan and how it works. Hooking you up to your caravan, we can fit weight distribution, AFK arms and any other extras in delivery.

If you’ve got a trade in, and it’s full of your belongings, don’t panic, we’ve got you covered. We can put the vans side by side, put a board between the doors. You can then move all your belongings from your old van to your new van in a safe and private manner.

So once you have finished your hand over, your sales professional will finalize all the paperwork with you. This includes your registration and warranty paperwork to ensure everything is complete and you’re ready to travel.

This can be for things like, your hoses, clothes lines or anything that you can use on your adventures.

Okay, so, you’ve done your paperwork, your van is hooked up, you’re ready to go. You have everything you need out of the Camping World store but you’ve never tied a caravan before.
